You don't need a dlc unlocker generally for pirated games. The steam emulator will usually unlock dlc automatically or can be configured to. In some cases you'll need actual dlc files. If the game didn't come with them you can often find them on csrinru. 1.

Got it fixed you need to get cream api not auto but the manual one after you downloaded the Cream Api you need to open the archive and get the non log version of Cream Api then click and drag the files from the non log version to the auto cream api version then double click "Auto cream api.exe" and then you get ...So all you need to do is configure the CreamAPI.
